The free scan, the Audit, the Audit + Fix Blueprint bundle, the Growth Roadmap, and the Quarterly Health Check are all based on publicly visible data — we mystery-shop your storefront and checkout the way a real customer would, no account access required. Elite (hands-on implementation directly in your store) is the one exception, and even there, access is granted through your platform's own collaborator/staff-invite feature — never by handing over a password. No. Our findings and recommendations reflect professional judgment based on what's actually visible on your store at the time of review — but ecommerce results depend on a lot of factors outside our control (your product, market, pricing, traffic, and more). Any example numbers or sample findings shown on this site are labeled as illustrative, not a promise of your own results.

If something in your delivered report is factually wrong, tell us — we'll correct it or make it right. Because the work begins promptly after purchase, we don't offer refunds once a report, blueprint, or roadmap has been delivered, but a cancellation before we've started reviewing your store is refunded in full. You get developer-ready, step-by-step instructions and code for every finding in your report. You or your own developer implements the fixes — we don't push code to your store or touch your account, consistent with the no-login policy above.

A recurring re-scan and review, billed at $597/quarter, so checkout regressions and new Shopify platform changes (like Checkout Extensibility migrations) get caught before they quietly cost you sales — rather than finding out months later when a number looks off.
